Clients can choose to participate in: in-person small group class, virtual group class, in-person individualized training, virtual individualized training, or can have a personalized program created for them with short weekly video call sessions with the instructor

Anyone! We target adults 55+ of all mobility levels (whether you use a cane, walker, or wheelchair, we will work with you), however anyone who feels they have some balance issues are also welcome

Payments accepted via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, or cash (for in-person sessions). If a package was purchased, this is billed at the start of the month you signed up in order to secure a spot.
We are a private-pay wellness program, so we do not bill through insurance or Medicare

Wherever you are! We come to you (except commercial gyms). In-person small group sessions are held in Edinburg, TX at a local rehab clinic we have partnered with to use their space. We also off virtual training sessions anywhere in the US

Cancellations under 24 hours before class will not be reimbursed, except for medical emergencies. If a monthly package was purchased, clients can still use the missed session credit until the end of the month
