Our Classes- Beginning May 2026

Strong and Steady Foundations Group Class

Fee-for-service group exercise program that is 1 hour long, 1-2x a week for 8 weeks and can be repeated if participants would like. This program focuses on the foundations of balance while incorporating a warm up, cool down, strength, reaction times, endurance, and flexibility to help you maintain/gain independence. Participants may be, but not limited to, 55 years old and older. Maximum of 12 participants

Virtual Small Group Class

Fee-for-service group exercise program that is 1 hour long, 1-2x a week for 8 weeks and can be repeated if participants would like. Great for if participants are unable to leave the house due to transportation limitations or otherwise. Maximum of 6 participants

Individualized training

Fee-for-service in-person or virtual training sessions if participants feel they would like more one-on-one training before starting a group class
